Our trifecta insurance program for Restaurants provides comprehensive, quality coverages at competitive prices with local servicing.
The program provides key coverages with three policies from carriers committed to Hawai`i businesses: Business Owner’s or Package Policy from Hallmark/State National, Workers’ Compensation from HEMIC, and Temporary Disability Insurance from EPIC.
To qualify for the program, customers must have:
- 49 or fewer employees
- 5 years of experience in both industry and management (new ventures accepted)
- BOP/Package loss ratio of 30% or less
- WC loss ratio of 40% or less
- Liquor sales under 30%
- Wet chemical suppression system, if any cooking
- Safety and Return-To-Work Programs
The following operations do not qualify for this program:
- Liquor catering
- Catering only
- Banquet service
- Delivery service
**Eligibility may change upon underwriting review. If your submission does not qualify for a small business program quote, it may still qualify through the standard underwriting process.
