Our trifecta insurance program for Artisan Contractors provides comprehensive, quality coverages at competitive prices with local servicing.
The program provides key coverages with three policies from carriers committed to Hawai`i businesses: Package Policy from Hallmark/HDI Global, Workers’ Compensation from HEMIC, and Temporary Disability Insurance from EPIC.
To qualify for the program, customers must have:
- Contractor's License (except handypersons, lawn care, other operations not required to be licensed)
- Journeymen with prior coverage (3+ years) are acceptable
- 49 or fewer employees
- 5 years of experience in both industry and management (new ventures acceptable)
- Package loss ratio of 30% or less
- WC loss ratio of 40% or less
- Safety and Return-To-Work Programs
The following operations do not qualify for this program:
- Work on boats or ships
- Asbestos removal
- Roofing
- Tree Trimming
- Foundational or structural work
- “Exterior envelope” work, including window/door installation or repair
